Állj ide - állj oda, menj ki, parkolj le ahova tudsz, gyere vissza gyalog, jelentkezz be itt meg ott, menj vissza ki, várakozz az út szélén parkoló járművel, diktáld be a rendszámod, adj meg egy privát telefonszámot, majd felhívnak, hogy mikor lehet bemenni. Tetszőleges ideig várakozz. Kocsikázd körbe a telephelyet ha különféle fém hulladékokat hoztál. A klasszikus 50 % esélye van, hogy defektet kapj. Vagy igen vagy nem. 6x állj a mérlegre, de várd meg az érkezőket is. Kifelé átnézik az autót, hogy nem-e loptam el valamit egy vas hulladék feldolgozó telepről! Majd állj meg megint kint telephelyen kívül oda ahova tudsz, ha tudsz, majd sétálj vissza, először az egyik ablakhoz, majd egy kiló papírral a másik ablakhoz. Minimum 7 helyen kellett aláírni összesen. Ez aztán a rendszer! ? Úgy érzi az ember, mintha szívességet tennének azzal, hogy leadhatom a fém hulladékot. Nem mindenki ezzel keresi a kenyerét! ? És amúgy is. Nagy a forgalom, jól megy a cégnek, megértem hogy felkérnek, hogy a telephelyen kívül várakozz, de erre a célra kialakítani megfelelő parkolót már nem tudnak. Arra úgy néz ki nincs pénz. Állj meg az útszélen, vagy ahol tudsz. Azt nem tudod, hogy mennyit kell várj. Majd szólítanak. Nem érkezési sorrend van, abból kiindulva, hogy figyeltem az érkezőket, volt, aki utánam jött és hamarabb került sorra. Kaotikus az egész. Fejleszteni kellene a telephelyet. Mert bevétel az van bőven. 20 éve ugyan úgy néz ki a hely, csak még bürokratikusabb lett. Nagyobb fejlesztés egyáltalán nem történt. Nem mellesleg ahhoz, hogy leadjak 1 kg fém hulladékot, el használnak 10 db A4-es papírt. Nem az alkalmazottakkal van a gond, hanem a vezetőséggel. Az érkezéstől a távozásig 1,5 óra telt el! ? A cég a saját alkalmazottait is fém detektorral vizsgáltatja át. ? Egy nyugat-európai vonatkozású cég, Közép-Európában, kelet-európai színvonalon. ?? Annyi,lenne, hogy egyszerűen pontosan informàlnak, tanàcsot adnak. De nem.A kèt nő mèg engem nèz hülyènek, kijelentèst tett a pènztàros nő, holott nagyon hagy kívànni valót maga utàn a munkàjuk, a màzsàló irodàs nő pedig csak az ablakot tudja ràm csukni...javaslom ennek a kèt nőnek lecserèlèsét kedvesebb- ügyfèlorientàlt felfogàsú irodai adminokra. A kinti dolgozók viszonylag segítőkèszek, de ott is van egy-kèt primitív... / Nekem csak egy kis lakossàgim volt, nem vagyok vasazós.
