★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Way overpriced but otherwise completely average food. The foie gras I had was ok, but it was served with cold frozen potatoes, which at the price of ~8000 ft was a joke. The “lemonade” was just sugary water, completely unenjoyable, couldn’t drink it (but of course it was expensive). Paid about twice the price of what I’m used to in decent Budapest restaurants.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decided to give this place another go after avoiding it for the past decade. Must admit, it's alright for a traditional Hungarian csárda. There is just the right amount of options on the menu to choose from, and they're all traditional Hungarian dishes.
Service was quick enough, the staff looking after us were super friendly, and we didn't raise an eyebrow at the bill at the end either.
Both me and my mum were happy with our meals, although she pointed out that in her meal there wasn't really a noticeable amount of sheep's cheese, even though it says so on the menu, and I couldn't taste much blue cheese in the sauce that came with my meal either. Other than that, great experience!
