★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hidden gem. Clean with bathroom and changing room. There is a sandy beach piece for babies with sun protection over it. Also not usual for the Balaton that the water gets deep relatively quick, no need to walk in hundreds of meters to be able to swim!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the few remaining free beaches in the neighborhood. Bit hard to reach, but has a good parking place. Short lakeside with deeper water not suitable for families with rather small children. However there is a little playground and also a buffet. The place is developing, each year there is something new.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pro: clean, pleasant, beautiful view, not too crowded, safe parking in the shade.
Con: no facilities (apart from two mobile toilets); getting there through the forest, up and down unpaved, potholed trails, is a pain in the khm, rear end.
Overall, a good experience - hey, it's the nearest beach to Budapest, and it's free... Get your butt over there pronto!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The beach and the quality of the water is superb. There are trees on the beach sadly not the best type as they don't give proper shade just filtering the sunshine. Parking is a problem as always there is a small service road towards the beach where ~20 cars can fit in. It's free of charge. Otherwise you can park into the beach for 1000HUF which is ridiculous amount and also the same issue as everywhere in Hungary that this is a one time entry fee so if you consider with small child that for early afternoon return to house and on the afternoon back, nobody reserve your slot and entry should be paid again. The gastronomy not yet arrived to the beach: two wagon available one with drinks the other - belongs to the same owner - with hamburger and sausages. Both should be ordered from the wagon with drinks where the queue is long because the lack of professional staff and the prices are tall. Invoice not available and a pomes is ready within 25 mins and just a shout reminds you that your order is ready.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a good place for families with kids, and for older people. They didn’t think of the teenager generation. There isn’t any possibility of entertainment for them. Clean and organized place.
