I got help remotely managing the loan: Enikő helped me start taking out the loan, despite the fact that I was 1000 km away from the office at the beginning of the process. Not only in my "problematic" situation, but also the seller's problem would have been solved: As the seller of the selected property did not take action in time (the title deed was not unencumbered), I called Enikő to see if it was possible to tie the loan to another property based on the data so far.
