Szokásomhoz híven feltornáztam a rendelési értéket az ingyenes szállítás érdekében egyéb tartásjavító eszközökkel. Már a következő napon csörgött a telefonom és egy nagyon kedves hölgy tájékoztatott, hogy a méretemben sajnos elfogyott a papucs és sajnos már augusztusig nem is lesz. Gondoltam sebaj jöjjön a csomag, a papucsot pedig megveszem Budapesten. Meg is jött minden rendben és a csomagban kaptam még egy kézzel írt sajnálkozó levelet és kárpótlásként nem számították fel a postaköltséget. Összességében a benyomásom, hogy egy hihetetlenül kedves és maximálisan ügyfélközpontú cég, akik nagyon jó áron kereskednek. Fura ezt érezni egy webshop esetén, de olyan érzésem van, mintha egy családias kis boltban vásároltam volna, ahol a legjobb áron, a legkedvesebb, legprofibb hozzáállással találkoztam és mosolyogva jöttem ki az üzletből. Egyébként minden termék remek lett és nagyon jó áron. Köszönöm nekik! Ja és persze mindenkinek ajánlom! I ordered Massipunkt slippers from them because it was the cheapest here in the country. True to my habit, I upgraded the order value for free delivery with other posture improvement tools. My phone rang the very next day and a very kind lady informed me that I unfortunately ran out of slippers in my size and unfortunately will not have it until August. I didn't think the package would come, and I would buy the slippers in Budapest. Everything was fine and I received another handwritten letter of regret in the package and no postage was charged as compensation. Overall, my impression is that they are an incredibly nice and maximally customer focused company who trade at very good prices. It’s weird to feel this in a webshop, but I feel like I was shopping in a family-friendly little store where I met the best price, the kindest, most professional attitude and came out of the store with a smile. Anyway, all the products were great and at a very good price. Thank them! Oh and of course I recommend it to everyone!
