★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mai napon próbáltam a gyógyszeremet kiváltani, de a vonalkódot nem olvasta el a gép 2 receptemen sem. Segítség és megoldás helyett elküldtek , pedig mondtam, hogy Debrecenbe írták fel a gyógyszert, nem tudok akármikor oda rohangálni. Rugalmatlanok , segítőkészség, kedvesség nulla, ráadásul többen is voltak ott dolgozók és senki nem tanulta meg, hogy kell az ilyen problémát megoldani? Onnan egyből elmentem a Testvérvárosoki Gyógyszertárba, ahol nagyon kedvesen, készségesen, pillanatok alatt megoldódott a problémám, és csodálkoztak miért nem értik a dolgukat a másik helyen.... Egyszerűen csak beütötték kézzel az adataimat, mert a kód kicsit meg volt kopva.
Egyáltalán nem vagyunk megelégedve ezzel a gyógyszertárral, a dolgozókat frissíteni kellene!
Today I tried to replace my medication, but the barcode was not read in my 2 prescriptions. Instead of help and solution they sent me, although I said that the medication was prescribed in Debrecen, I can not run there any time. Are they inflexible, helpful, kindness is zero, and there were many who worked there and no one learned how to solve such a problem? From there I immediately went to the Twin Cities Pharmacy, where I solved my problem very kindly, willingly, and wondered why they didn't understand their business in another place .... They simply typed in my data because the code was a bit worn.
We are not at all satisfied with this pharmacy, staff should be updated!
