Mikor bemegyek akkor pedig azt mondják hogy a postásnál van!@x#&# Kik ezek? Ezután felhívtam őket és azt mondták ,hogy azért nem hozta ki ,mert nem fér be a levelesbe.....Akkor mi van a postásnál ha nem fér be és az ablaknál miért nem tudják odaadni?????? A személyes ügyintézés lassú, egyáltalán nem segítőkészek a hölgyek, inkább teher számukra a munka, az ügyfelet a pokolba kívánják, fontosabb a csevegés, mint a várakozó emberek, elfelejtik, hogy szolgáltatnak. A telefonos ügyintézés sem jobb, nemrég a hölgy rám tette a telefont a bemutatkozás alatt és félre is tette a kagylót, hogy vissza se tudjam hívni. Ráférne a frissítés Gyöngyös mindkét postahivatalára... A tragedy going on there. Emiatt én nekem kell szaladoznom a szolgaltatokhoz hogy rendezni tudjam őket. Évek óta kell küzdeni ezzel és már nagyon unom és dühös vagyok! Viszont az, hogy még csak fel sem csenget, hogy esetleg le tudjak menni átvenni elég gáz. Külön lehessen postára szaladgálni fölöslegesen. Gratulálok. És amúgy sokadik alkalom. Az első dolog, amit nem értek, hogy miért kell az értesítő SMS-t/emailt telefonon kikeresnem, megmutatnom? Miért nem tudják név alapján megtalálni a csomagszámot és a csomagot?...21. század és brutál szolgáltatási díjak...
