My shopping experience: kind, polite, respectful, and non-bustling salespeople who don’t smoke in their bellies (2017/06). However, competence is not the deepest. The reason I can't give 4 * is the service cost. It's high. Although customer service is still good / fair after the sale.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Balfék csapat, a szerviz vezető olyan hibát mondott az autómra ami nem lehetséges mint utána járásom során kiderült. Testvérem párhónapos Superb-jét meghúzták a javítási idő alatt. Jobb elkerülni őket.
The Balfék team, the service manager, told me there was a problem with my car that was not possible as it turned out during my walk. My brother's two-month Superb was pulled during the repair time. Better to avoid them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nagyon kedvesek, segítőkészek az ott dolgozó recepciós, és értékesítő hölgy. A környezet tiszta, higiénikus. Gyerekeknek külön sarok ahol rajzolhatnak, ha esetleg gyerkőcökkel mennek.
The receptionist and sales lady working there are very kind and helpful. The environment is clean and hygienic. For children, there is a separate corner where they can draw if they might go with toddlers.

The company employs very kind helpful staff. Even my stupidest question was answered patiently. In fact, they even provided good advice, which was good to accept.
