★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nagyon kedvező árakon találtam elég jó minőségű cipőket legutóbb, a pénztárnál nem volt sorbanállás, az eladó kedves és sebes volt. Korábban úgy látom nem voltam elégedett velük, ezért írtam ezt a javítást. Régebbi véleményem (tavaly írtam): Tényleg olyan nehéz egy 25-ös cipőt megtalálni? Más boltokban átkérik a mérethiányos termékekből a boltba ha más üzletben még van egy, vagy legalább megnézik, hogy hol van még méretben, ők egy telefonlistát akartak a kezembe nyomni, hogy én telefonálgassak, helyettük, de több, mint félóra alatt sem tudták előkeríteni. Dehát leragadtak a 20. századnál? Nem én vagyok a menedzserük, én a gyerekemre kell figyeljek... miért kell egy beteg gyerekkel ott várni? És miért hívják menedzsernek azt, aki egy cipőt sem tud méretben előkeríteni...?
 I found some pretty good quality shoes at very reasonable prices last time, there was no queuing at the checkout, the seller was kind and quick. I used to see I wasn’t happy with them, so I wrote this fix. My older opinion (I wrote last year): Is it really that hard to find a 25's shoe? In other stores, they ask for the undersized products in the store if they have one in another store, or at least they see where it is still in size, they wanted to press a phone list into my hand so I could make a phone call for them, but they couldn't find it in more than half an hour. But were they stuck in the 20th century? I'm not their manager, I have to pay attention to my child ... why have to wait there with a sick child? And why is it called a manager who can't find a shoe in size ...?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to browse the clothing here with my boyfriend and as he was looking through some designed t shirts a sales assistant rushed over and seemed to scowl at us in Hungarian. We speak only English and told her this but she continued to shout. She then left and we continued to look while she went and got the manager. They both returned and the manager then proceeded to shout at us in Hungarian We just stared at them as we did not know what was happening when eventually they both left In a rage. We then had a last look and after we had completed and began to walk out the sales assistant from before sighed angrily at us. This resulted in my boyfriend refusing to purchase some clothing he had wanted due to the rude behaviour of staff. We felt the whole experience was shocking and they are an embarrassment to H&M. It's a pity there is no option for no stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s not the first time to experience rude and disdainful staff (respect for the friendly colleagues) Limited availability of kids and mama clothing. I would rather shop online, so I don’t have to deal with unfriendly people. Very disappointing experience.
