She sold me useless open ticket without the place, showing it is ok and “surprisingly” I was not able to take the train, as there were no seats available.
So now I lost a day and have plans ruined, and most likely shall deal with money back - instead of having honest answer about no places available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Station is far from the Hungarospa tourist complex. It does offer a direct bus line to the city centre though, which makes it slightly better. Other than that, the place is dirty and smelly. Not long ago they rebuilt part of the station, but it didn't do much good for the building.
