A hajóra szálláskor közli a kapitány, hogy a hajó orrán lévő nyitott teraszra nem léphetünk, mert ott egy csoport tartózkodik. Pedig lett volna még ott szabad hely bőven a tizenegynéhányfős csoport mellett. Miután beszálltunk a hajóba szembesültünk azzal, hogy az egész hajóutat egy mocskos ablakú, meleg, üzemanyag gőzzel áthatott levegőjű, szellőzetlen utastérben kell töltenünk, ahol még ablakot sem lehet nyitni. Indulás előtt leszálltam a hajóról, és kértem a jegyárus hölgyet, hogy térítse vissza a jegyek árát, mert nem ilyen feltételekre vásároltam elővételben a jegyeket, nem szeretnénk résztvenni a sétahajózáson. Mivel a jegyek árát (7000 ft) nem volt hajlandó visszaadni, ezért a hajón maradtunk. Az utasok közül sokan méltatlankodtak a kialakult helyzet miatt. Néhányan a nyitott hajóorrhoz merészkedtek, ahol a VIP csoport tartózkodott. Ekkor a kapitány hosszan méltatlankodott, majd kinyitotta a hajó hátulján lévő kicsiny teraszt, mintegy alamizsnát a becsapott utasoknak. Szinte mindenki kiáramlott a levegőre, ahol elviselhetetlenül sokan lettek. Köszönöm ez a csodálatos, felejthetetlen élményt a Hajókirándulás.hu kft-nek! We bought a ticket for the cruise in advance. After boarding the boat, we were confronted with having to spend the entire voyage in a warm, unventilated cabin with dirty windows, air permeated with fuel vapor, where no window could even be opened. Before leaving, I got off the boat and asked the ticket seller lady to refund the price of the tickets because I didn’t buy the tickets in advance for such conditions, we didn’t want to take part in the cruise. As he refused to return the ticket price (7000 ft), we remained on board. Many of the passengers were unworthy of the situation. Some ventured into the open bow of the boat, where the VIP group was staying. Then the captain was indignant for a long time, then opened the small terrace at the back of the ship, sort of alms for the deceived passengers. Almost everyone flowed into the air, where they became unbearably many. Thank you to Hajókirándulás.hu kft for this wonderful, unforgettable experience!

There's no commentary or any kind of info. Plus all the screaming and running children are really annoying. Definitely not worth your money, let alone the wasted time.
