A webshop működése egyenesen katasztrófa. Január 28.-án adtam le a rendelésem, ami február 4.-én érkezett be!? 2020-ban ez brutális rendszerhiba, és a Vevők elégedetlenségéhez vezet, ugyanis az oldalon leírtak alapján amit vállaltak, azt nem ártana teljesíteni. Ha azt vállalja egy cég, hogy ha valami "rendelhető" státuszban van feltüntetve az oldalon, ennek a beszerzési ideje Maximum 6 munkanap, azt kötelességük -lenne- teljesíteni. Szóval.. 2 héten keresztül vártam a rendelésem, ami 10 telefon után, és egy módosítás után (csak olyan termékeket rendeltem végül, melyek Raktáron voltak; egy terméket még ígyis máshonnan rendeltem meg, mert itt nem volt raktáron. Ott szerencsére tegnap leadtam a rendelést, a mai nap délelőtt pedig már itt is volt), végre a mai napon (február 12.) megérkezett a rendelésem 2 hét ámokfutás után.. Összességében: ha időmilliomos vagy, és nem sos a helyzet, akkor rendelj innen. Ha nem, inkább máshonnan. Az ügyfélszolgálatos Hölgynek Köszönöm mégegyszer, hogy türelmes volt velem és segítőkész. ? B	Barbara Fazekas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 hete adtam le rendelést 3 körkefére, a legkisebbről azt a tájékoztatást kaptam hogy jelenleg elérhető és félre tették nekem ameddig a másik kettőt berendelik mert nincs készleten. 2hét elteltével megkaptam az értesítést hogy megérkezett az összes, utána pedig kaptam is a GLS értesítőt csomagszámról stb.(péntek). Hétfőn kaptam egy üzenetet hogy nincs és nem is tudnak rendelni abból amit elvileg félretettek nekem már a legelején... Eladták közben másnak?! A megadott 5db telefonszámot is hívogattam többször is nyitvatartási időben de nem vette fel soha senki. Senkinek nem ajánlom őket. Kommunikálás 0, pofátlanság és bunkóság 10/10.
