Viszont bemutatja azt a pusztítást is, amit a felszíni, nagyüzemi bányászattal okoztak, ahogyan a legtöbb balaton-felvidéki hegyünkkel. Luxurious panorama, beautifully built educational trail, easy to walk around. However, it also shows the devastation caused by surface, large-scale mining, as with most of our mountains in the Balaton Uplands.
N	Nikoletta Deák on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Szuper hely, ajánlom mindenkinek. Van parkolója. A parkolótól felfelé egy sorompón keresztül lehet megközelíteni a tanösvényt. Az óramutató járásával megegyező irányban vannak elhelyezve az információs táblák. Gyerekkel vagy nyugdíjasként is járható a tanösvény. Több kinézőpont is van, valamint érdekesek a vulkanikus kövek is. A tanösvény kb. felénél kettéválik a gyalogút: az egyik lazább és lent vezet; a másik az erdőn át megközelíthető, lépcsőn át vezet a bazaltoldal tetejére, ahonnan szebb a kilátás. Utóbbi izgalmasabb és kalandosabb útvonal. Fentről gyönyörű a kilátás a közeli tanúhegyekre és a Balatonra. Szuperek a szobrok is. Ha itt jársz, akkor ajánlom a faluház mögött található egykori mamutfenyő emlékhelyét is. Great place, I recommend it to everyone. He has a parking lot. The study trail can be approached from the car park via a barrier. The information boards are arranged clockwise. The study trail is suitable for children or retirees. There are several vantage points as well as volcanic rocks. The study trail is approx. at halfway the footpath splits: one is looser and leads down; the other is accessible through the forest, leading up stairs to the top of the basalt side, from where the view is more beautiful. The latter is a more exciting and adventurous route. From above there is a beautiful view of the nearby witness mountains and Lake Balaton. The sculptures are super too. If you go here, I also recommend the memorial site of the former mammoth pine behind the village house.
M	Max Him on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nagyon szép hely, ráadásul valami nagy dolog történhet ott éppen, mert hatalmas munkálatok folynak. Kissé kaparós, de megéri felmenni a zászlóig, gyönyörű a kilátás.

A bányaművelés és a közetek kialakulásának történeti áttekintése mellett az elénk táruló tájképi látvány teszi emlékezetessé. Gyerekeknek is érdekes program. Jó fotótéma a szoborpark is. A kilátó pontra kicsit meredek a feljutás, de a csodálatos körpanoráma megéri a fáradtságot. Jó időben járművel az alsó parkolótól a felső, sorompó elött parkolóig könnyű a feljutás. An easy-to-follow study trail with a well-signposted route and lots of useful information. In addition to the historical overview of mining and the formation of the public areas, the scenic spectacle unfolding before us makes it memorable. It is also an interesting program for children. The sculpture park is also a good photo subject. The ascent to the lookout point is a bit steep, but the amazing panoramic panorama is well worth the effort. In good weather, it is easy to get up from the lower car park to the upper car park in front of the barrier.

Z	Zsolt Horváth on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice, easy walk around the top of this weird hill. I mean its top was destroyed due to basalt mining, so the hill is truncated. This educational trail demonstrates the basalt, the use cases, the mining and the surrounding flora and fauna
T	Tünde Nagy-Kovács on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This trail is a hidden gem, well worth a visit. From the car park, if you turn right at the barrier, there is a shortcut to the plateau (former mining area) which is suitable for the sturdier buggies as well. For the actual trail you need to turn left at the barrier - it is not that even, but still manageable even with kids, and that will also lead you to the plateau. From there you need to climb a bit (steep steps!) to the all-around viewpoint, but it is breathtaking so well worth it :) The info points are only available in Hungarian though :( Also I would not recommend this trip on a hot summer day as there is no shadow on the plateau at all.
