Negatívum, több lejárt szavatosságú ill. jelzés nélküli terméket is küldtek a csomagban. Amikor jeleztem ezt, először cserét ígért az egyik ügyintéző és közölte még aznap küldi a csomagot.
Két nappal később egy másik ügyintéző hívott, hogy egyeztessünk mi is a probléma, majd közölte, hogy nincs több a kérdéses termékekből raktáron, így másik ízt ajánlott.
Positive delivery and attitude to solve the problem is positive.
Negative, several expired warranties resp. an unmarked product was also sent in the package. When I indicated this, I was first promised an exchange by one of the clerks and told me to send the package the same day.
Two days later, another clerk called us to discuss what the problem was and then said there were no more of the products in question in stock, so another flavor was recommended.
