Kedves és segítőkész értékesítőkkel. A szervizük szinte mindig telített ezért csak napok vagy akár hetek múlva lehet időpontot kapni. A kollégájával a kommunikáció sem megy gördülékenyen, ha a másik ügyintézővel lett megbeszélve az időpont vagy a probléma értetlenül néznek és csodálkoznak..az hogy nem lehet bankkártyával fizetni 2019-ben egy márkaszervízvben vicc kategória. Az értékesítés részről nem tudok nyilatkozni csak a szervizben voltam kétszer, mind két alkalommal negatív tapasztalattal. Maximális ügyfél figyelem, többször kv-val kínáltak, már túlzottan is elkényeztettek. Ezelőtt vásároltam egy másik cégtől, más típusú autót, ott kb 5perc alatt "letudtak", itt mindent megmutattak, az utolsó gombig részletes tájékoztatást kaptam az autóm mellé, mindenre felhívták a figyelmem amire csak fel lehet, nem éreztem azt, mint máshol, hogy "vegyed-vigyed". Egyszóval, számomra kimagasló hozzá állás, ha megint új autót szeretnék, biztosan erre fogok jönni és ismerőseim is erre bíztatom. Nur die beiden älteren Damen am Empfang, insbesondere die neue dunkelhaarige sind nicht akzeptabel in ihrem verhalten und kontraproduktiv für jedes Geschäft. Wegen dieser beiden Damen gehen wir nun mit unseren drei Autos zu einem anderen Autohaus und nicht mehr zu Halmai. The two Halmai owners, junior and senior, are great, the mechanic Daniel is perfect. Mindezt a három kocsi vételárához és a több éves helyben szervizeléshez képest egy nevetséges összegért. Kifizettük de soha többé. Közel három év partnerség után leírhatatlan csalódás, hogy a becsület mennyire könnyen apró pénzre váltható. If you want good for yourself, you avoid it. We bought 3 cars from them and in the end they made us stupid as we should. All this for a ridiculous amount compared to the purchase price of the three cars and the multi-year on-site service.
