Ügyfélszolgálati kapcsolaton írásban érdeklődtem 2 nap alatt válaszra sem méltattak. Az információs menüpontban egymásnak ellentmondó leírások vannak. Más webáruházban ma rendeltem 14.30 kor 15.11 -kor már GLS csomagkövetésben megtaláltam az áruháztól kapott csomagszámot. The order was accepted, there was no delivery time, I did not receive any information about the package in 5 business days. Customer service contact in writing I inquired in 2 days no reply was appreciated. There are conflicting descriptions in the information menu item. I ordered in another web store today at 2.30 pm At 3:11 pm, I have already found the package number from GLS tracking in GLS.

Sajnos elsőre történt némi technikai gubanc (felcserélésre került két hangszer doboza, így kék érkezett a napsárga helyett), de mind a panaszkezelés, mind a csere kiemelkedő és gyors volt, az úr, akivel telefonon egyeztettem, ügyfélközpontúbb nem is lehetett volna. Miután a cserét rekordsebességgel lebonyolítottuk, gyönyörű és szépen szóló hangszert ajándékozhattam. :) Jó szívvel ajánlom Őket mindenkinek! I ordered a 3/4 guitar from their webshop for my niece’s birthday. Unfortunately, there was some technical tangle at first (the boxes of two instruments were swapped, so blue came instead of sun yellow), but both the handling of complaints and the exchange were outstanding and fast, the gentleman I talked to over the phone couldn’t have been more customer-centric. After the exchange was done at a record speed, I was able to donate a beautiful and beautifully solo instrument. :) I wholeheartedly recommend them to everyone!
