I recently bought my SUZUKI V-STROM 650 engine from them (03/10/2018) .I also took it to a 1000 km mandatory service (10/20/2018), although it is significantly more expensive than elsewhere, but at that time I still thought they were reliable, which is very important to me. Then, after the service, the fuel started to leak. I signaled the problem the next business day, and I was told it wasn't such a big deal :( and I only got an appointment in 5 days. Meanwhile, the fuel started to flow more and more, so I couldn't drive it anymore. I got advice from my dear service man, to ship the engine to them for repair at my own expense.As it turned out, there was a manufacturing problem with all of these types of engines manufactured in 2017, 2018. Suzuki notified all dealerships and services about this.When they sold the engine, they knew about the problem. , and what is even more outrageous is that it was mandatory to replace the problematic part at the 1000 km service station, they did not do so, and they did not show any helpfulness for a few days when the problem arose, and of course I took my engine elsewhere, where I was willing to and they were immediately accepted for a professional repair! I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO TAKE YOUR ENGINE FOR SERVICE HERE !!!

I serviced my engine here. Even though they had the engine for 1 month, it looked like it had been tossed together: the bagpipe was not working, the connector was badly replaced. A part that had fallen into the engine was despised, it shook during motorcycling and I found it. The engine was not washed despite my request. In March, when I brought the engine, I ordered 1 pair of seat mounting bolts that have not arrived since (they were purchased in Motorrad in 1 day). Earlier this week, I called the clerk who answered my questions and requests quite arrogantly, so I also wrote an email as we discussed over the phone. This was not answered 5 days ago. They were now closed with rentals. I waited for weeks for my part to pay for a technical fault in the phone that they couldn't go into the store. I went there personally and found out that they had been charged for one and a half weeks, but the landlord of the site allowed me and I became the part who wanted to look at the engine or take part to forget the place.

There was an opportunity to change my engine, so I asked for a quote from some dealers by phone and e-mail. The result is depressing. The requested offer did not arrive after several days. This conversation was another quality compared to the others. Finally! There is hope. We went to them on Saturday. The engine range is abundant. Both in type and in color. After a few minutes personally the owner came to help. (This is surprised. Elsewhere, the pompous, jealous owners are no longer falling down to the buyer or the buyer.) He was ready to go. We got clear, understandable answers to each question. Professional information, no confusing support, no conversation. He had been spending as much time as we needed, though there were more people in the salon. But that time was for us. She feels she has a master in the salon. Absolutely positive impression.
