My family and I went to the Trombone Restaurant to celebrate my birthday. Good parking outside on the road and in the yard. The entrance is barrier-free. Reservations are possible in the restaurant and outside on the terrace. Cleanliness and order outside inside. Very kind welcome polite and fast service. Very delicious and tastefully served food. The remaining food can be taken wrapped. We had a lot of fun.

Well, I don't even know where to start. A table was reserved for 9 people, which wasn't ready when we arrived. But that was the slightest concern. We took a seat, ordered a drink, there were 2 more people in the restaurant besides us. Then after we dropped the drink order came 2 more people. We wanted to order another drink because we had a birthday and then the waitress came and roughly told us that we are not alone and the order is made in the order of arrival ... because she serves alone !!! When he left for the kitchen, he told his boss if there was a problem. When he came back, I told him that he could not talk to a person in such a tone, not least because I also work in hospitality and this is not allowed. If you can't stand it alone, have someone help him. He claimed to be able to handle this, but unfortunately it didn’t go for him. He left a few minutes later and the boss came to alleviate the trouble. But we would have liked to have come no longer interested in it then ... We wanted to celebrate my father's 70th birthday, but unfortunately it didn't work out the way it should have. Afterwards, the lady apologized, but unnecessarily. Food also leaves something to be desired. A company of 9 people left a lot of money there, in today's world I don't think that's what a person working in hospitality should behave like. And I read in several posts here that unfortunately I am not satisfied with the service. Maybe someone was lucky here, unfortunately not for us.
