The service we received at the store is unqualified. So he should have left immediately afterwards. But since the money is the big gentleman ..... We continued to look for the right product for us, which in this case is a washing machine, which we even found, we even paid for it with a 3-month warranty and took it home. After a month of use, he wrote an error. Using Facebook, in a message, I got help. After 4 days of inactivity, the device started without error, kB it was willing to operate for 1 day, when the device was again banned after the error was displayed. I called a store and they told me what could be wrong, what I should do. Disassemble, blow to decide. When the fussing and tilting didn’t help, we took him back to the store where twice after a 15 minute program they said there was no mistake. They don’t want to trade for another because it’s very macera to them. We brought it home, we believed in the owner of the store again. Returning to his place, water, electricity okay, clothes winter the machine, program starts kB after 15 minutes you make a mistake again. I called, the answer was to take it apart and make my decision to the side because water got to the bottom. I don't want that ... I took it back today and immediately invited me to another machine. I would add 70 km to me is the shop. To the owner, I would rather get the money back and would rather bother with a new washing machine. The answer to that was, I can’t either fix this or take another one. I saw it at the last minute, there is also a new washing machine in the store. What he didn't say. We bought one, but so that they no longer need to be contacted in any way, because I will arrange a 3-year warranty with the service. Never again with them !!!! And I wouldn't recommend it to anyone !! They don't deserve a star !!

Non-dealer-friendly service .... if you like a product at a glance, they’re unwilling to take off the rolled-up foil so you can look around a little more seriously. At our request, the answer was "what to unpack if you don't buy it anyway" ...... It's okay to talk about a used product, but that's why we wanted to see if there were any other problems besides the visible damage. After that, we bought a product, which we unfortunately bathed in. The "exchange" of the goods didn't go smoothly either ... after two attempts and a small word battle, we were FINALLY separated.

Both stores were kind and helpful to us when the product works flawlessly. :)
