This Swan Dental is no longer what it was two years ago. I am / have been an old customer and have recommended it to many. Nowadays, unfortunately, more and more service providers are forgetting that they provide and the customer pays for it. This provider has also joined this queue ... I first waited a month for February and then canceled the day before. I thought something came together for them, there is one. I went to another dentist. But I was with them for the last time today. If there’s a time for 10 a.m., I think I’m right to expect to be greeted at 10 p.m. Not at 10:30, not at 11, but at 10. I don’t think anyone should manage my time, I’ll fix it. I was already there 10 minutes before the time, I waited until 10:20 at 09:50 but nothing happened. Not even enough to apologize for "slipping." I told him I wasn't waiting any longer and I came. Won't you complain if you order a taxi for 10 and get there at 10:30? If you have a restaurant appointment by 8pm and you have to wait there for half an hour it won’t sound? I honestly don’t care whose part they slip on. Provide and keep times for a service provider. Everyone has a busy day, I can't wait for it. Then give a later but exact date. I don’t give a star just because I was satisfied before. Previously ... I will not be their client in the future and I will not recommend them to anyone else. Only go there who is a time millionaire and likes not to be treated as a customer.
