P	Péter Némethy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 napja elemcserére vittem a karórámat. A Mester ajánlotta, hogy vízállósági tesztet is kellene csinálni, mert ez a szakmai ajánlás. Eddig 3-4 alkalommal cseréltettem elemet karórában, de ilyet még nem hallottam, szóval megkérdeztem, hogy ez kötelező-e. A Mester azt mondta, hogy nem. Mondtam, hogy akkor nem kérem, köszönöm. A Mester ezt elfogadta, és közben azt is megállapította, hogy bőrszíjas óra, szóval biztos, hogy nem használom vízben. Mondtam, hogy természetesen nem. Az elemcserét nem tudtam megvárni, ezért megbeszéltük, hogy pár óra múlva visszamegyek érte. Amikor visszamentem, kiderült, hogy a megbeszéltek ellenére megcsinálta a tesztet, és a munkájáért 4900 Ft-ot kért. (Nem tudom, hogy az elemcsere mennyibe került volna, de gondolom, hogy max. 2000 Ft-ba.) Nem kétlem, hogy a Mester ért a szakmájához, de az biztos, hogy ezt nem intézte korrekt módon. Az üzletben nem akadékoskodtam, mert nem vagyok az a típus, de utólag nagyon zavart, ezért gondoltam, hogy ilyen formán véleményezem a dolgot. A Mesternek további sok sikert kívánok a munkájához, de 1 ügyfelet biztos, hogy elvesztett. N. Péter Update: Köszönöm a választ! Az édesapja tudta, hogy hiba történt, lehetett volna korrekt, helyette próbálta megmagyarázni, hogy ez a teszt mindenképpen szükséges és kifizetette velem a "hibás" árat. De végső soron Önök elvégeztek egy munkát, én pedig kifizettem, részemről az ügy lezárva, megpróbálom leszűrni a tanulságot. I took my watch for battery replacement 2 days ago. I have no doubt that the Master has come to his profession, but I'm sure he didn't do it correctly. I didn’t get stuck in the store because I’m not that type, but in hindsight I was very confused, so I thought I’d comment on it that way. His father knew an error had occurred, it could have been correct, instead he tried to explain that this test was absolutely necessary and paid me the "wrong" price. But in the end, you did a job, and I paid, and the case was closed on my part, trying to filter the lesson.
