★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a lovely place with a great style! I haven't tried their cakes yet, but their coffee is amazing. I usually stop by to get a coffee takeaway and the service is awesome, the staff there is always so kind and attentive. The prices for the coffee are very good too.
Absolutely recommended, I'll keep coming back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the best Cafe I have been to during my trip to Budapest. I was greeted with great courtesy by the staff. The cakes were delicious and also the espresso was really good (and I'm italian) I recommend the cottage cheese cake in the picture ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Patisserie ripped of from the paste. Everything looks very old, but well maintained. Dobosz and Esterhazy cake were just like they should be.
It's note close to other touristic attractions in Budapest, but if you are nearby, don't miss some it.
Most of the visitora looked like a locals. Young girl was reading some notes (preparing for the exam?), a guy was finishing some work on his computer (lots of spreadsheets)...completely opposite to historical look of the pastry shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A hidden gem of a coffeehouse with an interesting history and tasty desserts. It is really cheap compared with the touristic cafe New York, but the quality of drinks and cakes is really high, in my opinion. Every time we came there, there were some locals in the cafe. And that is the proof enough for me. Highly recommended!
