Joke. I bought 3x times, 1x didn't do what I asked for. It does not deal with the buyer. 2 pieces of furniture should have been cut, but it didn't work out twice as I asked for. I would have wondered if he would succeed when he did something else while "serving".

Maximum star 5, I found them on the fly because of a product, time was tight, and I didn't know anything about what I wanted just their name, they were helpfully enlightened and by the time I got there they had prepared it. Respect! I'm coming again! :)

After several weeks of waiting, despite two inquiries, I did not receive a meaningful response regarding the arrival of the ordered product and was then notified by telephone that the deadline for receipt was 8-10 weeks. On the website, if there is a waiting time for the product, facilitate ordering.

I have mixed feelings, but I don’t think I’m coming here anymore. Unfortunately, they gave bad information over the phone and it was difficult for them personally to understand the point.

Kind, helpful, I was very pleased, even though I didn’t have a specific idea, but they ordered it right away and didn’t talk about their similar merchandise! And the store is well equipped, transparent, quality, professional tools! I strongly recommend the deal!

I ordered 4 column holders from them on Sunday night, he was already here by Tuesday morning, the product was ok, I got what I expected.

I bought the universal dowel shown in the picture. I asked for it with ingredient screws but unfortunately I got shorter screws which I only noticed at home. They are needed for hollow brick walls, so I'm not sure I can use it safely everywhere, I won't buy screws anywhere else. I recommend the screw shop in Újpest, I will also tell you why: The lady who served was visibly upset about buying in small quantities (20pcs 60s 5pcs 150s dowels with screws) and made that a point; "I won't give out a few more ..." (it also turned out that I didn't get a 150 dip, but only a 100) ... Apparently it was also frustrating that there was already a queue (we were in the store and everyone except the seller was patient). The biggest problem, however, is his attitude. In principle, it is possible to buy in small quantities, but if you are not a returning buyer (do not know) or you buy little then the lady will deal with you. I bought it for 3,000 now, I still got nervous, but when I bought it for 15,000 in the spring I was still nervous. Then because I asked for too much and there was something else in the business as well. They are not allowed to pay with a card under HUF 1,000. No QR code, no instant transfer. (In that case, they even sound like a jerk ...) Buyers ’book isn’t on display, but at least I haven’t seen where it is. If you wait for the receipt you are already harassed by the sales lady and pull her mouth. The gentleman who sometimes sets himself up to serve is helpful and patient with everyone. In Újpest, on the other hand, they are normal with you even if you only buy for 3-400 forints, and not like here, in Újpest the seller also knows what to look for, he immediately reaches out and sells it. Here, however, you apparently don't know where things are, there is no system, so it takes a long time to search, which makes the sales lady even more tense. The prices are at least normal, worth more than an OBI, I would have paid at least double there, though no one cares about how much you buy at OBI they always deal with you the same way.
