★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kár, hogy nincs NULLA értékelés. Hűen tükrözné a Házkontroll Kft. ténykedését. Se a Társasházi törvényt nem tartják be, se a Társasház Szervezeti Működési Szabályzatát. Rengeteg mellébeszélés, manipulálás. Nem a Társasház érdekeit nézi. SOHA, SEMMILYEN KÖRÜLMÉNYEK KÖZÖTT SENKINEK NEM AJÁNLOM.
MESSZE ELKERÜLNI ŐKET!!!
Too bad there is NO ZERO rating. It would faithfully reflect the activity of Házkontroll Kft. Neither the Condominium Act nor the Condominium Organizational Code of Conduct are being observed. Lots of talk, manipulation. It is not in the interest of the condominium. NEVER, UNDER ALL CIRCUMSTANCES, I RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.
Beware of avoiding them !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ha közös képviselőt keres valaki na őket ne válassza. Ígérgetes van de mögötte semmi. Ha hívom nem veszik fel és vissza sem hívnak. A pincénk lassan 1 éve beázik és semmi sem történt. Ha lehetne 0 csillagot adnék.
If you are looking for a common representative, do not choose them. It is promising but nothing behind it. If I call, they will not pick up or call me back. Our cellar has been slowly wet for 1 year and nothing has happened. If I could give it 0 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hitvány munka csillagászati áron, elérni lehetetlen a hibabejentőt... Fűtés hetek óta nem megy 10C fok alatt sem kapcsol be, ki jöttek megcsinalni 1 napig jó volt...
Stupid work at an astronomical price, it is impossible to reach the notifier ... Heating for weeks does not go below 10C nor does it turn on, who came to do it for 1 day was good ...
