Többször vittük, mert minden ott töltött alkalom után újabb és újabb hiba jelentkezett... utolsó alkalomnál 3 hétre volt szükség, hogy visszahívjanak, hogy mi is az aktuális probléma. A kezdeti probléma (hangos volt a gép) az ő munkájuknak köszönhetően azt eredményezte, hogy jelenleg a porszívó meg sem mozdul. Senkinek nem ajánlom őket! We took a robotic vacuum cleaner to them. Bicskanyitogató volt a viselkedése, egyben vérlázító, hogy ezt a mai világban meg lehet-, és meg meri tenni. Szívem szerint az első 5 perc után két lábbal rúgtam volna ki a lakásomból. A gépben lévő dugulást elhárította, ám a visszaszerelésnél megsértette a beépített mosogatógép előlapját, sőt vissza sem csavarozta a helyére, tehát a gép kinyitásakor az egész berendezés elmozdult. Kicsit sem óvatosan bánt a géppel a szerelés során. Miután elment, ismét rossz volt a gép, de más hibakódot írt. Ismét kijött a szerelő, nem tudta mi a gond, kihúzva a helyéről működött, ám miután visszatolta és elkezdtük használni, ismét ugyanazt a hibakódot írta. A férjem vette észre, hogy a gép beérkező csövét megtörte a szerelő, így gyakorlatilag ez volt a hibakód oka. Emellett a vizet is elfelejtette kinyitni, így a mosógép is hibakódot dobott. Másnap jött a hír, hogy a lakásunk alatti pince ázik. Kiderült, hogy a kedves szerelő széthúzta a szennyvízcsatlakozásunkat a fővezetékről. Az ekkor kiérkező vízvezeték-szerelő azt is megjegyezte, hogy a vezetékek rosszul vannak bekötve a mosogatógépnél. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE !!! It removed the clogging in the machine, but during assembly it damaged the front of the built-in dishwasher and did not even screw it back in place, so when the machine was opened, the whole appliance moved. He handled the machine a little carefully during assembly. After he left, the machine was bad again, but he wrote another error code. The mechanic came out again, he didn't know what the problem was, he pulled it out of place, but after he pushed it back and started using it, he wrote the same error code again. My husband noticed that the incoming pipe of the machine was broken by the mechanic, so that was practically the cause of the error code. He also forgot to open the water, so the washing machine threw an error code. The next day came the news that the cellar under our apartment was soaking wet. It turned out that the kind mechanic had disconnected our sewage connection from the mains. The plumber who arrived at that time also noted that the pipes were not properly connected to the dishwasher.
