Elvárhatónak tartom, hogy egy induló társasház esetén felvessék és proaktívan megoldják a várható feladatokat mint pl. a fűnyirás kérdése, javítások, karbantartások, hiányosságok pótlása. Ehhez képest mindenért könyörögni kellett, és sokadik felszólításra sem történt semmi. A garanciális javítások során sem képviselték hatékonyan a társasház érdekeit. A számonkérések alkalmával csak hárítottak. Leváltottunk őket, és úgy néz ki, a könyvelés sem stimmel, pl. a közös költséggel vagy az induló óraállásokhoz képest történt befizetésekkel. Unfortunately, we have a bad experience with them. The affairs of the condominium were not handled professionally at all. I consider it expected that in the case of a start-up condominium, the expected tasks such as e.g. the issue of lawn mowing, repairs, maintenance, filling gaps. In comparison, he had to beg for everything, and nothing happened on many calls. Nor were the interests of the condominium effectively represented during the warranty repairs. They were only intercepted during the reconnaissance. We’ve replaced them, and it looks like the accounting isn’t right either, e.g. with common costs or payments compared to starting hours.
