★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Head Office to fix my hair and get a blonde face frame as well as add more brightness to my already bleached hair.
The results are terrible!!! I mean, even my husband tells me he hates it.
The balayage was done ad-hoc with massive patches left everywhere. The ONLY part I really cared about was the face framing and that has a massive dark patch on it. Although I told her then and there she needs to do it better, she kept making excuses on site telling us she knows better. I think not!
I asked the salon to fix the hair for free as they ruined it and they refused. They offered me 50% off to go back and for her to ruin it again. No, thank you. Terrible job, I would not recommend and I will not go back ever again.
I can't believe they deem her one of the best colourists. She doesn't listen to what the client needs and does something totally different. Terrible job, guys. You just lost two customers.
P.S. If you don't believe me, look at these pictures and those MASSIVE dark patches everywhere. There is no nice colour transition as it should be.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I requested an English speaking hairdresser when I made the appointment but the one I got spoke a few words but not enough for me to explain the haircut I wanted. I showed him pictures of exactly what I needed, requesting an inverted Bob cut with short layers. He did not seem confident at all and he just chopped off my long hair with scissors and gave me a normal straight Bob. Very disappointed with the service since the website specifically says that the stylist will be discussing exactly what kind of haircut is need by the customer.
Edit: The salon owner Milan contacted me regarding my bad experience and offered me a haircut which turned out really good. He was nice and careful and walked me through the haircut process. He also recommended products for my hair and it was overall a delightful experience. The final haircut was exactly what I wanted so I’m really happy about it.
