Typical new farm. People living in each other's mouths but in a newly built house ... With minimal green space. One degree better than the panel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kellemes környék. Álltalában csendes bár néha zajos. Sok a házikedvenc.Van egy kisgyerekek számára tervezett játszótér. Még megtalálható egy sportpálya , fagyizó, kisközért, műkörmös , óvoda. Kevés azon épületek száma amikre szükség lehet pl.gyógyszertár, nagyobb bolt. Összeségében egy szuper környék.
Pleasant surroundings. The generally quiet bar is sometimes noisy. Lots of pets. There is a playground designed for small children. There is also a sports field, ice cream parlor, small garden, nail artist, kindergarten. There are few buildings that may be needed, such as a pharmacy, a larger store. Overall a super neighborhood.

A Lisz Ferenc repülőtér a másik zavaró tényező, bár itt kevésbé gáz, mint Rákoshegy más pontjain. Üzletek terén siralmas a helyzet, egy viszonylag drága bolt, egy pékség, zöldséges és a cuki. Ennyi. Az óvoda a bővítés ellenére alultervezett. Közösségi közlekedés a városközpont és az Örs vezér tér felé rendben van, egy átszállással a Köki is elérhető. Sok a kínai.
It is a great place, although due to the proximity of the railway, the noise load of the houses on Helikopter Road is high. The noise barrier promised 10 years ago has not been built either. Lisz Ferenc Airport is the other distraction, although there is less gas here than at other points in Rákoshegy. The situation is deplorable in terms of shops, a relatively expensive shop, a bakery, vegetables and sweets. That's it. The nursery is underdeveloped despite the expansion. Public transport to the city center and Örs vezér tér is fine, with a transfer to Köki. Lots of Chinese.
