Ajánlom mindenkinek, aki szeretne a parthoz közeli, jó infrastruktúrával rendekező szálláshelyet kivenni. I was completely satisfied with the services provided. I got what was included in the ad. I recommend it to anyone who wants to find accommodation with good infrastructure close to the beach.
N	Noémi Nagy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A szállás 10 perc sétára van a strandtól, gyönyörűen felújított szobák és fürdőszobák. 12en vettük ki, mindenki kényelmesen elfért, ketten aludtak a nappaliban, többiek szobákban. A kertben állandó lakók vannak, amit csak a helyszínen tudtunk meg, de ez nem volt probléma. A konyhai hűtő sajnos nem hűt megfelelően, de ezeket leszámítva szép tágas minden igényt betöltő szállás. Grillezésre is van lehetőség és 4 autó be tudott parkolni a kertbe. It is a 10-minute walk from the beach, with beautifully renovated rooms and bathrooms. We took 12 out, everyone could fit comfortably, two slept in the living room, the others in rooms. There are permanent residents in the garden, which we only found out on site, but that wasn’t a problem. The kitchen fridge unfortunately does not cool properly, but apart from these it is a nice spacious accommodation for all needs. Barbecue facilities are available and 4 cars could be parked in the garden.
R	Rita Cseke on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A házat 12 -főre adták ki,6 felnőtt és 6 gyerek. 5 hálószoba és a nappaliban lehetet aludni. A fürdőszobák modernek, felújítottak, a többi helyiség erősen retro. A konyha mini, tobb részletben lehetet leülni enni. A terasz igen kicsi. A mikrohullamüsuto es a gáztűzhely igen régi, megviselt állapotban van. A hűtőszekrény sem hűtött rendesen. Ami felháborított , hogy a tűzhely ragadt a zsírtól , sütni nem lehetett benne. Porosak voltak a bútorok . Az ingatlanon van egy különálló ház, amiben állandóan laknak. A ház zajos, egyik oldalrol a 7esút, masik oldalon a vonat jár . Erről nem tajekoztattak foglalásnál. Ennek tükrében atlag felletti osszeget kérték napi 90000 ft. Gyerek kedvezmeny nincs. The house was rented out to 12 people, 6 adults and 6 children. 5 bedrooms and a living room to sleep. The bathrooms are modern, renovated, the rest of the rooms are very retro. The kitchen is mini, in several installments you can sit down to eat. The terrace is very small. The microwave and gas stove are in a very old, worn condition. The refrigerator didn't cool properly either. What was outrageous was that the stove was stuck with grease, there was no baking in it. The furniture was dusty. The property has a detached house in which they live permanently. The house is noisy, the 7th road is on one side, the train is on the other side. This was not stated at the time of booking. In light of this, an average of 90,000 ft per day was requested. There is no child discount.

Tiszta,rendezett,tágas nappali és hálószobák! 2db modern fürdőszoba,és egy teljesen felszerelt konyha. Az udvar hátsó részében,kiválóan lehet bográcsozni,grillezni☺️ 3-4 autó tud parkolni az udvarban. Nagyon szuper volt !!!?? We 7 vacationed here and had a great time! The holiday home is absolutely as described. Clean, tidy, spacious living room and bedrooms! 2 modern bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. In the back of the yard, it is excellent to cook, grill 3-4 cars can park in the yard. It was very super !!!
R	Renáta Fehérné Ballók on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Egy hetet töltöttünk a családdal, 9 fő + 9 hónapos csecsemő. Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat, a kertben tudtunk grillezni. (Van egy állandó lakó a telken, de alig láttuk és semmit nem zavart az ott tartózkodásunk alatt.) Közel volt a part, étterem. Induló vállalkozás, így van némi hiányosság, azonban a tulajok rugalmasak, ha bármire szükség van orvosolják a problémát. Elromlott a kávéfőző, amit jeleztünk, még aznap kaptunk másikat. Összességében a balatonon ár-érték arányban megfelelő volt. We spent a week with the family, 9 people + 9 months old baby. We had a great time, we could grill in the garden. (There is a permanent resident on the plot, but we barely saw it and did not bother anything during our stay there.) The beach and restaurant were close by. Starting a business so there are some shortcomings, however, the owners are flexible if anything is needed to remedy the problem. The coffee maker we indicated was broken, we got another one that day. Overall, it was good value for money at Lake Balaton.
