★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rendeltem egy 30-ezres nadrágot, nem lett jó a méret. Rendeltem egy másik méretet, csere termékként. Természetesen olyat, ami volt készleten. Ez a csere cirka négy hétig tartott. Többszöri kérdésemre nagy nehezen válaszoltak, hogy várjak türelemmel. Sajnos a második sem lett jó, ezért kértem egy újabb cserét, illetve rendeltem még két kisebb terméket mellé. Újabb 3-4 hétig semmi, se e-mail, se egy telefon. Ekkor küldtem vissza a nadrágot. Becsületükre legyen mondva, hogy legalább a pénzemet visszautalták. A kommunikációjuk végig konvergált a nullához, ide bezzeg tudnak irogatni, védeni a mundér becsületét.

That's when I sent the pants back. To their credit, at least my money was returned. Their communication has converged to zero all the way, they can lament here, protect the honor of the uniform.
