A frissen facsart narancslé sajnos pasztörizált narancslé (talán cappy, vagy valami hasonló)… ez bizony erősen a vásárló félrevezetése! Nem beszélve arról, ha már késztermékről beszélünk, miért nem lehet egyből a dobozból pohárba önteni, miért kell a PET palack? Erre azért lehetne jobban figyelni…

Egyedi hangulat, kellemes légkör, barátságos kiszolgálás. Nem a legolcsóbb ilyen jellegű hely a városban, de minőségi kávét és tortát fogyasztottunk itt.

Mindig szívesen megyek oda. Az ott dolgozók rendkívül kedvesek.

Kiváló ételek italok, kedves figyelmes kiszolgálás fantasztikus hangulatú hely. Térj be egy édes italra, mert nem bánod meg ???

Tidy, clean, and friendly for sure. It's more of a café than a real bike shop though. They are limited in what they can do. I brought some old vintage steel racing bikes in for service and they where not able to work on them because they lacked the tools. If you're looking for a complete bike service, Bálint Kerékpár around the corner near Lidl offers this, just not as aesthetically pleasing. Update and reply: In the box were new retro-style Continental tires, tubes and new Campagnolo cables which I was sure you would not have. Yes, the Bianchi was from 1985, fully-assembled, but needing wheels trued (tires put on after --I thought it would be easier that way). I'm sure you know how to put wheels on. The Olmo is from 1989, also fully-assembled, but the 1990s cartridge bottom bracket is making noise. For the Bianchi, trueing wheels and replacing ball bearings are not risky repairs. You just need the right tools and skill. I do not have the tools and thought you would, as a bike shop.

We love HeloVelo - not just for the delicious drinks, sweets, and sandwiches, but also for the terrific, friendly, personable service every time! We have purchased 2 beautiful bikes from András and Evelin and had basic tune ups and are very happy with our service. Highly recommend! ❤️ Pet friendly, too!

I am giving this two star rating towards the bicycle side of this business. The cafe is great, food and Coffe are great along with the staff and the ambiance. However, the bicycle side of their shop leaves a lot to be desired. The work they did was good on my bicycle however the customer service side of it is far less than desirable. My bike was brought in for a tuneup and brake pad replacement and we were told it would be a week and given a price for the work they would do. They said they would text us when it was ready. Eight days went by and no word from them. Then a friend of mine told me he brought his in several days after me and it was done the next day with far more work to be done. So we went in to ask the status and were told they had not even begun yet! Their excuse was they work to whatever day we want it back and we told them they had given us the date it would be ready but they could have cared less. So they said it would be ready the next day and when we returned to get it the price had more than doubled! Needless to say we will no longer use their services and recommend anyone else be cautious if you use them and be prepared for high prices. We are big advocates of supporting local and small businesses however the business also bears some responsibility to provide a service of value if they want people to use them and recommend them. It is unfortunate how they treated us but we will still continue to use the cafe side of this place as it is quite nice there!
