All the Assistants, Coordinators and Doctors are extremely professionals and they reached the highest level of expectations! Not only the environment is amazing and very well equipped but all the services from booking an appointment through under going the treatments until the last checkups are just extremely well organized. Dr. Bárka Csanád is very professional, I highly recommend him! Also, Viktoria, My Coordinator was very helpful all the time. I would have given 10 stars as well.

This was unfortunately the most painful dental cleaning of my life. I have never had my gums in so much pain before, in all 30 years of going to the dentist. I left with bleeding gums, hopefully the cleaning didn’t damage them permanently. The lady cleaning my teeth was so aggressive and clumsy with the tool, which felt like it was butchering my gums. I think the dentists here are good, but be cautious with the dental cleaning because if you have sensitive gums they are very aggressive, and not the best. For my next clinic, I will go to the other clinic I went to - they were gentle and didn’t hurt my gums like this!

Dear all at Helvetic Having had an awful experience over 30 years ago with a UK dentist I have had major dental phobia ever since. It goes without saying that I was very nervous about booking my visit, let alone having any treatment. I was so impressed, initially by Eszther on front office for calmly explaining my treatment, Orsolya, my dental nurse/hygenist for reassuring me that all will be OK and of course, Dr Laszlo Lukacs for his calm professionalism and instilling total confidence. Surprisingly for me, I then agreed to have quite invasive treatment without any hesitation and I had absolutely no discomfort whatsoever. The clinic and in-house hotel were scrupulously clean, staff were fantastic and a great set up all round. I look forward to returning in October to further my treatment. I am a very happy customer :)

Best experience at the dentist I've ever had. I never thought a root canal could be a relaxing and pleasant procedure. Also, the equipment they use seems high end and current. Would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for top-of-the-line dental care.

I came to this clinic from the USA because I don’t have health insurance there and I couldn’t afford treatment for a root canal, cleaning, and crown. I was very nervous to leave the comfort of my home country and put my dental care in the hands of someone so far away not to mention my fear of the dentist chair. I have to say that my expectations were totally exceeded at this clinic. The staff was so professional and offered excellent communication from the time of my inquiry to arriving in country to the care and even after care was complete. The whole staff who helped me spoke English fluently and were very kind. The dentist even offered me a candy bar when I mentioned I hadn’t had breakfast because she was concerned I wouldn’t be able to eat for several hours. At my consultation everything was explained to me in detail and since I had been to the dentist in America soon before my visit I can report that I was not offered care beyond what was necessary to bring my health to normal. Their conclusions were the exact same as my dentist isn’t eh states. The prices reported online were exactly the prices that I was quoted at consultation and exactly the price I paid. There were no extras or hidden fees. There weren’t even extra taxes. The staff listened to me and did everything they could to make sure that I was comfortable and taken care of. The offices are very clean and they have such a large support staff to take care of every detail of care. I really enjoyed my experience at the dentist for the first time and would recommend this clinic to anyone. It was such a bonus that Budapest is a beautiful city to visit as well. They even picked me up from the airport and dropped me off when it was time to fly home. If you are having extensive work done, staying in the hotel at the clinic is very convenient and perfect for relaxation and recuperation. Thank you!

Communication and professionalism: I think those may be the business guidelines of Helvetic. Everyone (really, from the reception through the "coordinators" to the doctors) is extremely attentive and responsive, they answered all questions on the level it has been asked (simple or complex, as I wanted), they kept me informed all the time at what stage I am, what will happen and when. First time I haven't got a formal appointment so I had to wait more than 5 minutes. :-) Next time I came early and the waiting was about 2 minutes; obviously in peak times it'll be longer but they were extremely fast and efficient. The service quality was also excellent, fast, helpful and friendly all the time. There was no pain (and I'm scared shtless from dentists, so that's something). They probably speak most of the major languages, it's no accident that they are in the base floor of a large hotel. Also their prices (compared to other dental services) are fair and also well communicated. Be prepared that there is no street car parking space within a few kilometers radius so you should target one of the parking garages (double-triple price but there are multiple ones nearby), having someone to drop you or use public transport, metro (u-ground) is only a few minutes of walk. Overall they are recommended for both regular control or emergency.

OMG I couldn't be more happy for choosing Helvetic Clinic for my dental treatment. Extremely professional, clean, efficient and .....painless! Customer service on the highest level - everyone just sooo nice and helpfull! I have been given the plan for all my visits here and the treatments that needs to be done, with clear pricing and time shedule so I exactly know what, how, when and for how much I need to have done. I have been picked up from the aiport, for the trip back home antigen tests have been offered to me along with transfer back to the aiport for free! Free consultation, free panoramic x-ray - you cant get wrong with that. Hotel is in the same building and its in walking distance to everything really but public transport is widely available and very good. Hop on hop off tour literaly 5min away. Add amazing top floor apartment, beautifully tastefull breakfast, amazing staff and Budapest ehhh. Budapest is absolute golden nugget of Danube with tones and tones things to do and see and lets not forget about delicious hungarian food. If you know Russian hudge advantage but everyone speak english too.
