Later, I went for a filling, consciously with a certain tooth, but for some reason the one next to her was treated by the doctor, who had no serious trouble. With that, it would have been a furrow closure later if I was past the difficulty. But even that wasn't annoying enough. Next time, however, I emphasized which of my teeth I would like to have treated. It was a 3-surface dental filling, which ended up costing 28,000 forints instead of 15,000. For the doctor who treated me accounted for a bit of time, and for the first time she failed to finish, just a surface. He even asked for the price, 13500 HUF. Next time, when he did the remaining two surfaces, the bill was 14,500 HUF. A tooth. I think this is more than unethical. I would point out that it wasn’t Dr. Hepp, I didn’t even meet her once.

I really like going to this office, I have always been afraid of dentists, but here I have had 3 wisdom teeth operated on, but I will go there even with the fourth. many of my teeth were stuffed in addition. the care was great, Dr. Hepp was surprisingly direct and friendly.

Some example: - I specifically asked him how much my root treatment would cost, I got so many answers that it was "so forty". It was later revealed that the filling was not counted by the doctor, which was +14,000 HUF - the same doctor said only after the final root filling + tooth filling that he had actually done half the work, he could not walk through the roots, he would have to treat the tooth with a microscope again (why didn't he say before the root filling?) - I can't even count how many times I had to go back to adjust the filling height due to bite pain. I am layman, but it is also clear to me that the natural surface of the grinding teeth was grooved, compared to this my filling was completely horizontal ... - in connection with orthodontics, I specifically asked if I should have a causal operation on my jaw after the treatment. The doctor firmly said that no, the result would be perfect without it, and when I jumped into the treatment months later, she said, "yeah, well, you'll definitely need it, orthodontics is just a symptomatic treatment." By the way, a half-hour slip was common with this doctor, as if it were the most natural thing in the world for a patient to wait. - one assistant once consulted a patient on the phone, while their red-haired assistant, who accompanied me to the doctor, whispered softly to me that what the other assistant was saying was "fake." - the phone was set aside once during my call on the grounds that they were "looking for an appointment" and I heard that the assistant was starting to consult with someone in the meantime (the previous point provided an answer to my surprise) - overall, I felt like I had to play an Activity game with the doctors, I had to take the information out of it with pliers, which was also unreliable ... (I can guess anyway) Elsewhere, I fixed my root canal treatment (the bottom of all three roots was inflamed), which perhaps could have been saved from the root canal treatment itself if more attention had been paid to the details.

I went to the dentist with a severe toothache around 7:45 pm today, but unfortunately they couldn’t help because the dentist was gone 20 minutes ago. According to the announcement, they were open at 9 p.m. The only good point is that the assistant tried to help and gave me painkillers.

I approached them with a brand new and misplaced zirconium bridge problem that was misplaced. They tried to save the bridge with infinite kindness and expertise. We struggled for months, but we succeeded. Forever gratitude to the Chief Physician!

I have never found a place where professionalism and humanity are equally present. But now it was a divine suggestion that I have to go to Hepp Dental! :) Professionals, literally. Both in dentistry and in hospitality! I swear it's an experience to walk here! :)
