A boltban viszont volt egy fiatal lany, aki nagyon lelkes es kedves volt a vasarlokkal. Erdemes lenne hasonloan lelkes, baratsagos es kedves szemelyzetet kialakitani. Az egész mindenem pedig eltűnt az adatbázisukból. Reklamáció folyamatban, de azért mindezt túlzásnak gondolom. Bármelyik alkalmazottuk vitte haza a foszfátmentes sütőport tőlük, legyenek szívesek mások meglopásaira odafigyelni. A számlámon ne szerepeljenek olyan dolgok, amelyeket nem rendeltem és meg sem kaptam. Soha többé nem rendelek innen. Persze, 1 doboz " valamiért" nem fogom várni a futárt egy olcsóbb áruháztól, ezért inkább drágán vasárolok, így viszont azonnal megvan. Fura, fonák helyzet!! Huge selection, huge prices !!! It is perhaps the biggest offer in Budapest, certainly at the highest price. Amikor érdeklődtem hogy számíthatok-e még a hiányzó termékekre, akkor azt mondták hogy sajnos azokat nem kapták meg a beszállítótól, de nem foglalják nekem hanem újra kell rendelnem. Ezt még úgy ahogy elnéztem volna, de a hiányzó termékek ismételt megrendelése már nem járt volna ingyenes szállítással, így megkérdeztem őket hogy tudnak-e biztosítani nekem egy ingyenes szállítást úgy, hogy a rendelésem így már nem érné el a 10.000 Ft-ot. Erre nemes egyszerűséggel nem válaszoltak. They didn’t bring out everything I ordered and they didn’t even talk about it.
