Kártyás fizetés nem működik. A megrendelésemet 15 percig keresik, amit több, mint 1 hónap beszerzési időt követően a beérkezés után 4 nappal töröltek... Eszem megáll. Röviden reagálnék csak: nem az Önök munkáját terveztem megkönnyíteni az értékelésemmel, hanem a tájékozódni szándékozó potenciális vevőkét. Ugyanakkor bízom benne, hogy a kritikám alapján konstruktív lépéseket is hajlandóak tenni a kiszolgálás színvonalának emelése érdekében. (És nem 5 perccel zárás előtt érkeztem, hanem akkor távoztam...)

I bought a roof mounted Thule bike rack for my car at this shop. Nearly a year after the purchase as I was driving on the highway without a bike on the rack plastic piece that the bike wheel is strapped to flew off the rack. When I went back to the shop I was told that this was impossible as a plastic cap at the end of the rack stops this piece from sliding off. When the shop assistant went to show me on a shop model how the cap stays in place, the cap popped off as he demonstrated. At this point instead of admitting that the piece should be replaced, the shop assistant insisted that I might be lying and that the piece might have been stolen off the top of my car. When I protested I was asked to bring back my warranty, original receipt and all the parts to be looked at. Before returning to the shop I called Thule costumer service line in the UK where I was informed that this should be a routine replacement by the dealer in Hungary. When I returned with the paper work on a Saturday, I was told they were too busy to look at the part and to come back another time. When I protested they told me that they can take the rack and send it to Thule to be examined for defects; obviously they knew this was not worth the time and effort for a 5000 HUF part. I ended up leaving and buying the part at a Thule shop in Budaors. This happened to me last year and I finally got around to writing this review, anyway the moral of the story is to stay away from this shop as they lack the integrity to stand behind their products.
