★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A gyömbéres mézet évek óta fogyasztjuk a családban. Ez az egyetlen méz, amit meg tudok enni (egyébként nem szeretem a mézet) és ez enyhíti is a torokfájásomat. Nagyon jó arányban van benne a gyömbér és a méz. Ha fáj a torkom, naponta néhány alkalommal szoktam egy kávéskanállal enni és hagyom, hogy hasson. Utána egy fél óráig nem eszek és nem iszok semmit.
A Frissülj fel tea a másik kedvencem, ha iszom, érzek egy erőteljes friss illatot, közben és utána is jól érzem magamat. Egy doboznyi teából rengeteg adag készíthető, nagyon kiadós. Melegen szoktam inni még nyáron is.
Ginger honey has been consumed in the family for years. This is the only honey I can eat (otherwise I don't like honey) and it also relieves my throat pain. It has a good proportion of ginger and honey. When my throat hurts, I usually eat a coffee spoon a few times a day and let it hurt. Then I don't eat for half an hour or drink anything.
The Refresh Up Tea is my other favorite, when I drink, I feel a strong fresh scent, while I feel good and after. You can make a lot of a lot of a teaspoon of tea, it's very hearty. I drink hot even in summer.
