Legutóbb is 5x kellett vissza mennem mire megkaptam azt amit a második alkalommal megkellett volna kapjak. A munkájuk kritikán aluli, 3mm is volt a leszabott bútorlapok között, melyeknek egyformáknak kellet volna lenniük. Szánalmasak, ha valami nem megy nem kell erőltetni. Eddig nagyon sok embernek ajánlottam őket, ezentúl meg sem fog fordulni a fejemben. There may be a great variety, but it is also true that the standard of their work is getting lower. Reggel 8.45kor odamentem, az idős eladó úgy kezdte, hogy "mi a probléma?" köszönés helyett. Jeleztem, hogy az nincs (ekkor még nem tudtam, hogy lesz), csak vásárolni szeretnék. Egy 100 x 60as nagyon egyszerű lapot szerettem volna, azt mondta, hogy lepakolnak a kamionról és utána 20 perc - 1 órán belül meglesz. 13 órakor érdeklődve hívtam, hogy mi a helyzet, jelezte, hogy nem mondtam, hogy sürgős. Mondtam, hogy nem is kellett, hiszen 1 órán belülre ígérte. Ezt követően semmi megint, 16 órakor odamentem, az idős ember, feltételezem tulajdonosa, jelezte, hogy nincs kész ez a rendkívül bonyolult mű és ma már nem is lesz. Ezt követően szóváltás során még neki állt feljebb és kereskedőhöz nem illő módon kommunikált. SOHA SOHA SOHA ne menjen ide senki, aki nem akar egy felháborító stílusban kommunikáló emberrel találkozni, aki mindenféle kereskedői vénának teljesen híján van. KERÜLENDŐ!!! I don’t usually complain to traders, write opinions, but today something happened that I can’t even comprehend with common sense. I went there at 8.45 in the morning, the old salesman started saying "what's the problem?" instead of greeting. I indicated it wasn’t (I didn’t know it was then), I just wanted to buy it. I wanted a very simple 100 x 60 sheet, he said they would unload it from the truck and then it would be in 20 minutes - 1 hour. At 1 p.m., I inquired, asking what the situation was, indicating that I had not said it was urgent. I said I didn't have to, as he promised within 1 hour. After that, nothing again, I went there at 4 pm, the old man, I suppose owner, indicated that this extremely complicated work was not finished and would not be today. After that, during the hassle, he stood up to him and communicated in a way that did not suit the trader. NEVER NEVER go here anyone who doesn’t want to meet someone who communicates in an outrageous style who is completely lacking in all sorts of merchant veins. TO AVOID !!!

Lehet csak én vagyok unszinpatikus az úrnak, de akármikor megyek lekezelő és pökhendi velem. Tudom nem a több százezreket viszem neki, mindig csak csipcsupp pár százas vagy pár ezres amit ott költök nála. De akkor is neki minden rendes fizető vendéket meg kellene becsülnie. Volt már mikor zárás előtt mentem 10-15 percel és akkor is mogorva volt. Tegnap szintén úgy jártam, hogy 16:45-kor már zárt kapuk.... Nem kellene betartani a nyitvatartási időt?? Kirakni, hogy "technikai okok miatt zárva" vagy valami. És olyan 55 körül ment el az eladó csajszi, csak már gondolom nem volt kedve dolgozni...... Ha kell valami bútorlap vagy bútor kellék, akkor javaslom mindenkinek a Szászbútor Kft.-t felkeresni (Szántó Kovács utca), precízek, gyorsak, bőséges választék, ahogy eddig néztem az árakat olcsóbbak is és nem utolsó sorban segítőkészek, aranyosak, nem lekezelő és nem bunkó a kiszolgálás! I don’t usually write reviews, but this is not the first time I have had a negative experience, so I want to. Maybe I’m the only one unpopular with the gentleman, but anytime I go treating and poking me.
