Majd elment. Másnap hívtam egy igazi szerelőt aki megállapította hogy kezelő panel zárlatos. Amit a helyszínen azonnal javított. És most működik rendesen. Szerinte a vízkő miatt old le a biztonsági kapcsoló, vízkőteleníteni kellene a készüléket. Ma sikerült kinyögnie, hogy más is vízkőtelenítheti a bojlert, attól nem veszik el a garancia. De ezt nem tudta volna mondani másfél hónapja. Nagyon jó egy 16 hónapossal meg 7 hónapos várandósan melegvíz nélkül maradni ? Sajnos Győr környékén ő az egyetlen hivatalos szerviz. I	Imre Loránd on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lg mosógépünk garanciális szervizelését végezte volna. 2021.06.20.án jelentkezett, pontosítottuk a hibát, majd kért pár nap türelmet míg megérkezik az alkatrész. 08.01. vasárnap 13h kor megjelent előzetes egyeztetés nélkül, hogy jött megjavítani a mosógépet. 40 nap után..... addig semmi...! Közben mi már másik szerviz segítségét kértük, akik orvosolták a hibát. Mindenki kerülje nagyívben, vagy várjon türelmesen!!! We would have performed the warranty service of our LG washing machine. Kb két hét múlva ért ki hozzánk az úriember, elvitte a gépet. Kb egy hét múlva hozta vissza. a hiba oka: hangos centrifugálás és elugrál a helyéről (nem keveset). Visszaérkezéskor bekötötte, majd elbüszkélkedett, hogy 400-as fordulaton milyen halkan működik. Nekem akkor le sem esett, hogy amúgy én 1000-1200 ford/percen használom. Hamarosan újra kezdődtek a problémák. Férjem rengetegszer próbálta vízszintezni, állítgatni, hátha nálunk van a hiba. Sajnos már későn vettük fel velük ismét a kapcsolatot, átlátszó módon utaltak rá, hogy lejárt a garanciánk és csak fizetősen tudnak vele foglalkozni. Barátainknál 3 hónappal a mi szervízünk után voltak kint. Ott valami súlyt elfelejtettek visszarakni a gépükbe és úgy kapták vissza. Már mi is erre gyanakszunk. Már annyira elviselhetetlen a gép (egy kb 2,5 éves gépről beszélünk), hogy hívunk egy saját szerelőt. Ha beigazolódik a gyanú és a hivatalos szervíz hibázott, azt nem fogjuk annyiban hagyni! Our friends were out 3 months after our service. There, they forgot to put some weight back in their plane and got it back that way. We already suspect this. The machine is already so unbearable (we’re talking about a machine about 2.5 years old) that we call our own mechanic. If the suspicion is confirmed and the official service has made a mistake, we will not leave it at that!
