Az épületen számos olyan részlettel találkozhatunk, amelyek a Lechner Ödön követőinek tartott építészeknek a villával egy időben emelt épületein is megjelennek. Az egyik kiemelkedő példa a Kőrössy Albert Kálmán által tervezett VI. kerületi gimnázium. A villa oromzatának kialakítása a gimnázium utcai homlokzatának sarokrészein köszön vissza, csakúgy, mint a lóhere formájú vakolatminta. A villa télikert rácsainak motívumai és az iskola utcára néző eredeti ablakrácsai közt is hasonlóságot fedezhetünk fel. A villa főhomlokzatának jobb sarkán álló emeleti loggia pillérei hasonló kiképzésűek a néhány évvel korábban épült Komor Marcell és Jakab Dezső által tervezett Csengery utcai bérház udvari pilléreihez. A villa hátsó homlokzatának eredeti kialakításából már semmi nem látszik, mert az 1960-as években bővítés épült hozzá. A villában jelenleg a Magyar Vakok és Gyengénlátók Országos Szövetsége működik.
There is little specific data on the villa of Balázs Béla Sipeki. There are many details on the building that appear on the buildings that were built at the same time as the villas by the architects of Ödön Lechner. One of the outstanding examples is the VI. District High School. The forging of the villa is due to the corner portions of the street facade of the gymnasium, as well as the clover-shaped plaster pattern. There is also a similarity between the motifs of the villa's winter garden grates and the original window bars of the school. The pillars of the upstairs loggia on the right corner of the main facade of the villa are similarly trained to the courtyard pillars of Csengery Street, designed by Marcell Komor and Dezső Jakab a few years earlier. Nothing can be seen from the original design of the back facade of the villa because it was built in the 1960s. The villa is currently home to the National Association of the Blind and Visually Impaired.
