Emiatt egyre gyakrabban térek be hozzájuk vásárolni. I’m glad they’ve been selling Jack & Jones and Blend products like this lately and they always have something on offer. Because of this, I come to them more and more often to shop.
Z	Zsófia Feher on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Az eladók 70%-án, a szervizesek egyikén sem volt maszk. Bő két hete rendeltem meg a terméket, melyről nem küldtek értesítést, hogy az átvehető. Az ügyfélszolgálatos hölgy tájékoztatott, hogy bő egy hete megérkezett az áruházba a termék. A mai nap folyamán érte mentem, ahol közölték, hogy ezt a terméket nem is árusítják (érdekes...) de ha már van rendelésszámom akkor jöjjek vissza fél óra múlva. ...nagyon el vagyok keseredve, hogy ilyen hanyagul kezelik a vásárlókat és a termékeket. 70% of the sellers, none of the service technicians, had masks. I ordered the product more than two weeks ago, which was not notified that it was available. The customer service lady informed me that the product had arrived at the store a good week. I went for it today, where it was announced that this product is not even sold (interesting ...) but if I already have an order number, I will come back in half an hour. ... I am very upset that customers and products are being treated so carelessly.

C	Cziglányi Béla on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Márkás túracipőt kerestem, egy reklámújságban láttam egy jó cipőt leárazva, ennek a megvásárlása miatt néztem be a gödöllői boltba. Rögtön az osztályvezető hölgybe botlottam bele, aki szívesen elkísért a cipőosztályra megmutatni a kiválasztott cipőt. Ott viszont találtam egy jobbat, így végül is azt vettem meg. Otthon ismét felpróbálva viszont úgy éreztem, jobb lett volna egy fél számmal nagyobb, így másnap visszavittem. Ugyanaz az osztályvezető hölgy készségesen megengedte, hogy egy nagyobbra cseréljem (a próba után). Előzékenysége és szolgálatkészsége még a mai vevő-centrikus világban is kiemelkedő, köszönöm. Ahol ilyen jó a választék és figyelmesek az eladók, ott szívesen leszek (lettem) törzsvásárló. Hitelkártyát elfogadnak, telefonnal/digitálisan is lehet fizetni, online regisztrációban segítenek, így azonnal érvényesíthető az első vásárláskori 10 % kedvezmény is. (A regisztrációval 3000 Ft ajándékutalvány is jár.) Parkolni az üzlet előtti nagy parkolóban ingyenesen lehet. I was looking for branded hiking shoes, I saw a good shoe discounted in an advertising newspaper, I looked into the store in Gödöllő because of buying it. I immediately stumbled upon the lady in charge of the department, who was happy to accompany me to show the selected shoe to the shoe class. There, however, I found a better one, so I ended up buying it. Trying again at home, however, I felt it would have been better to be half a number bigger, so I took it back the next day. The same lady in charge of the department willingly allowed me to change to a larger one (after the rehearsal). His courtesy and service are outstanding even in today’s customer-centric world, thank you. Where the selection is so good and the sellers are attentive, I will be happy to become (become) a regular customer. Credit cards are accepted, you can pay by phone / digitally, they help you register online, so you can immediately apply for a 10% discount on your first purchase. (Registration also includes a HUF 3,000 gift voucher.) You can park for free in the large parking lot in front of the store.

Korrekt... :D We went to the store for a product that they said they had in stock on the phone, then it turned out they didn't have it, and then they denied their own phone number, which we dialed from their website ... Az üzletvezető nagyon kedves, érdemes vele beszélni, ha az ember valamit szeretne, mert sokkal jobb kiszolgálást kap, mint ha a többi alkalmaziottal áll kapcsolatban. A parkolás jó, ha nem csúcsidőben megy az ember, mert akkor az egész Stop Shop fullon van. The selection is very small, obviously, the store itself is small. The store manager is very kind, it is worth talking to him if one wants something because he gets much better service than if he is in contact with other employees. Parking is good if you don't go during peak hours, because then the whole Stop Shop is full.

We wanted a simple set of bow and arrow for a children's birthday present. They didn't have it... never had it, said the lumpen girl at the counter.
