★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nagyon kedves, türelmes eladók. Néha a reklámok hamarabb megjelennek, mint az áruházi készletre érkezés, de minden megoldanak, akár belső megrendeléssel is.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2,5 hónapos 23.000 forintos cipőt nem voltak hajlandóak cserélni miután eleresztett a ragasztás, mondván hogy a cipő elázott. Naív voltam amikor azt gondoltam, hogy egy "jobb" minőségű cipő tartósabb lesz, illetve hogy a Hervis lesz annyira nagy vonalú a vevőivel hogy ez nem lesz kérdés hogy kicserélik-e vagy sem. Sajnos a dolog odáig jutott hogy a cipőt elküldték "kivizsgálásra" ahol - gondolom egy teljesen független - szakértő megállapította hogy valóban azért eresztett el a ragasztás mert elázott a cipő. Nem ajánlom senkinek a boltot aki minőségi cipőt szeretni venni aki azt gondolja hogy itt normálisan kezelik a vevői reklamációt.
