Ő szólított meg, mivel akaratlanul hallotta a boltban zajló – az eladóval folytatott – beszélgetésemet. Jó tanácsokat kaptam tőle, amik szakmai tapasztalatokon alapultak. Munkájához értő, szimpatikus ember benyomását keltette. Sajnos a burkolószakma is kivitelezőhiánnyal küzd. Ezért megkértem, hogy véleményezze a terveimet, adjon árajánlatot és vállalási határidőt a munkára. Mivel társasházi lépcsőház felújításáról volt szó, nem állítottam egyszerű feladat elé. Ugyanis a munkát a bent lakók napi életének legkisebb zavarása mellett kellett végeznie. Pozitívumok: céges-fejléces papír, korrekt ár, tarható, és rugalmasan kezelhető határidők. Ezután pedig részletes (!) Kivitelezői Szerződés! Munkavégzés: Pontos munkakezdés minden nap. Folyamatos egyeztetés a felmerülő kérdésekkel kapcsolatban. Udvarias magatartás és kommunikáció a társasház lakóival. Tiszta, rendes munkakörnyezet, precíz munka. Alkoholmentes állapot még a nap végén is. Az ember: udvarias, választékos stílusban beszélő, pontos, megbízható. Elszámolás: Az előre egyeztetett módon és összegről, természetesen számla ellenében. Összegzés: Nála jobbat nem kell keresni. Ha a magyar építőiparban ilyen kivitelezők keresnék a megrendelők „kegyeit”, nem lenne olyan alacsony az ilyen munkát végzők szakmai és szellemi képességeinek megítélése. Hidegburkolási munkához csak ajánlani tudom Mistéth urat, és bárki számára referenciamunkaként tudom bemutatni a nálunk végzett munkáját. Egy szó, mint száz: Soha rosszabbat! 2022. 03. 28. That’s why I asked you to comment on my plans, give me a quote and a commitment deadline for the job. Since it was about renovating a condominium staircase, I didn’t set it up for a simple task. He had to do the work with the least disturbance to the daily life of the residents. Positives: company letterhead, fair price, durable, and flexible deadlines. Then there is a detailed (!) Contractor Contract! Getting to work: Getting started every day. Ongoing consultation on issues that arise. Polite behavior and communication with the residents of the condominium. Clean, normal work environment, precise work. Alcohol-free state even at the end of the day. The man: polite, speaking in an eclectic style, punctual, trustworthy. Settlement: In a pre-agreed manner and amount, of course against an invoice. Summary: You don't have to look better than him. If such contractors were to seek the “graces” of the customers in the Hungarian construction industry, the assessment of the professional and intellectual abilities of those performing such work would not be so low.
