Hat hét telt el és a klímámat a mai napig nem szerelték be. Folyamatos a hitegetés a klíma szerelő hívásáról, de egyszer nem hívot fel az említett személy. Az ügyfélszolgálatukat 12-szer hivtam... Megbeszéltük,hogy kb.4-5 nap a beszerzés és utána küldik. Egy hét alatt semmi jelzés. Következő kedden én hívtam őket, nem rendelték meg,nem tudják mikor jön...Mondtam,hogy szeretnék beszélni a cégvezetéssel stb.,mert fűtésköri szivattyúról lévén szó nem véletlenül érdeklődtem a határidő után sem. Nem volt hajlandó beszélni velem a vezetés, semmilyen magyarázatot nem adtak, a szerencsétlen alkalmazottnak mondtam el mit gondolok az egész ügyről. Nem baj, kapják majd a negatívat mindenhonnan. Senkinek nem ajánlom ezt a céget. Jah...és még van jó pár weboldal ami ugyanehhez a céghez köthető csak szólok! Nézzék meg a Rólunk ül alatt a cég bejelentett címét. VICC AZ EGÉSZ BRIGÁD! Kedvesen megígérnek mindent, de semmit nem tesznek. Az biztos, hogy soha többet nem vásárolok tőlük és senkinek sem ajánlom. Mindenkinek ajánlom, mielőtt bármit venne tőlük olvassa el a NFM honlapján a kft besorolását, amit sajnos én elmulasztottam.
