★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1982-ben Kazincbarcika város társadalmát és tanácsát a Magyar Urbanisztikai Társaság elnöksége Hild János emlékéremmel tüntette ki “a negyedszázados fennállás változó körülményei között kifejtett dinamikus és harmonikus városteremtő tevékenységéért.” Ezt örökíti meg a Hild emlékérmet és a város akkori címerét ábrázoló emlékoszlop, amit 1984. július 7-én Barna Gábor, az Urbanisztikai Titkárság főtitkára avatott fel. Az emlékoszlop Mezey István kazincbarcikai grafikusművész terve alapján készült.
 In 1982, the society and council of the city of Kazincbarcika were awarded the János Hild commemorative medal by the presidency of the Hungarian Urbanistic Society "for its dynamic and harmonious city-building activities in the changing circumstances of the quarter-century existence." This is immortalized by the memorial column depicting the Hild commemorative medal and the city's coat of arms at that time, which was inaugurated on July 7, 1984 by Gábor Barna, Secretary General of the Urbanism Secretariat. The memorial column was designed by the graphic artist István Mezey from Kazincbarcika.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mattrészeg vergődő csövesek, gyanús sötétség, sok szemét és gaz. Ez a park többre lenne méltó! Egy kis odafigyeléssel karbantartható lenne.
Matte drunk writhing in pipes, suspicious darkness, lots of garbage and weeds. This park would be worth more! It could be maintained with a little care.
