★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to be the best Pho-place in the city, but unfortunately the quality went down significantly. Especially for takeaway where you get a very dilute soup with very few meat. I still check back occasionally, but the sad change of quality seems to be permanent. I'd suggest to look for other Vietnamese restaurants, there are some great ones inner in the city. This one is not recommended anymore.
