My mother (essentially due to the Mava’s fault) couldn’t get on a train, so she wanted to switch back. It's all beautiful and good. BUT WE LEAVE IT TODAY !! NEEEEM! There's no ticket redemption here ... And he didn't get his money back because of a lame checkout.
