Ablakpárkányokat és kerítés fedlapokat építettek be nálunk, sajnos mindkét esetben súlyos hiányosságokkal.
A párkányok nem (mindenhol) lejtenek kifelé, megáll (télen megfagy) rajtuk a víz, csapó esőben így beázást is okoznak.
A kerítés fedlapok több helyen leváltak, a ragasztás elengedett - nem a betonfal felé, hanem a műkő lapok engedtek el.
Sajnos a garanciális javításra hiába vártunk, többszöri kérésre, több hónapot várva sem jöttek ki megcsinálni .Helyette volt kioktatás telefonon és kifogás, kifogás, kifogás.
