★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sokat hezitáltam, milyen értékelést adjak. Az ügyfélszolgálat, amikor én kerestem meg, akkor nagyon segítőkész volt, azonnal igyekeztek megoldani a felmerülő kérdést. Viszont a webáruház saját indítású kommunikációja erősen hiányos: az eredetileg rendelt terméket szállítás előtt/közben eltörték viszont nem szóltak róla, én csak vártam az ígért kiszállítási napon. A helyettesítő termék kiválasztása után a visszaigazoláson továbbra is szerepelt az eredeti termék, teljes árral - zavaró. Zavaró volt, hogy kb naponta kaptam meg ugyanazt az emailt egy héten keresztül. Jeleztem, hogy a kiküldött email(ek) tartalmilag hibásak. Az ügyfélszolgálat ezt elismerte, technikai hibára hivatkoztak.
A számlát és a jótállást ugyanúgy kérnem kellett - akkor viszont 3 perc alatt elküldték emailben.
 I hesitated a lot about what kind of rating I would give. The customer service, when I contacted him, was very helpful, they immediately tried to resolve the issue. However, the self-launched communication of the web store is very deficient: the originally ordered product was broken before / during delivery, but it was not mentioned, I was just waiting for the promised delivery day. After the replacement product was selected, the confirmation continued to include the original product at full price - confusing. It was confusing that I received the same email about every day for a week. I have indicated that the email (s) you sent are incorrect in content. Customer service acknowledged this, citing a technical error.
I had to ask for the invoice and the guarantee in the same way - then it was emailed to me in 3 minutes.

Hatalmas piros pont a cég vezetősége részére! Az e-mailen is elküldött panaszlevelemre profi módon reagáltak, a felmerült logisztikai problémát rugalmasan kezelték, és ami a legfontosabb, a telefonos ügyintézővel megbeszélték a telefonbeszélgetés során elhangzottakat.
Ezért utólag az értékelésemet felülvizsgáltam, és a cég hozzáállására való tekintettel 1 csillagról 4 csillagra módosítottam. A kapott termékek minősége a várakozásaimnak megfelelő volt.

Pár napja rendeltem zuhanyajtót és zuhanytálcát. A termékkel kapcsolatban még nincs tapasztalatom, "csak" az ügyfélszolgálaton dolgozó Juhász Lillával. (Budapesti, vezetékes számot hívtam egy felmerült kérdéssel kapcsolatban.) Arrogáns, lekezelő, kioktató - KRITIKÁN ALULI volt a mai megnyilvánulása a telefonban. Ügyfélcentrikusságot, empátiát, segítőkészséget még nyomokban sem véltem felfedezni nála. Nem tudom, miért tesznek egy ügyélszolgálati munkára teljesen alkalmatlan embert a telefon másik végére...

Huge red dot for the company's management! They responded professionally to my e-mail complaint, handled the logistical problem flexibly, and most importantly, discussed the telephone conversation with the telephone clerk.
Therefore, I subsequently revised my rating and changed it from 1 star to 4 stars based on the company’s attitude. The quality of the products I received was in line with my expectations.

I ordered a shower door and a shower tray a few days ago. I have no experience with the product yet, "only" with László Juhász working in customer service. (I called a landline number in Budapest in connection with a question that arose.) Arrogant, condescending, instructive - was a critical expression on the phone today. I didn't even think to discover customer-centricity, empathy, helpfulness in his tracks. I don't know why they put a person completely unfit for duty on the other end of the phone ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Webshop kommunikáció kiváló. Egyéb kérdésemre gyorsan, érthetően reagáltak. Termék jó minőségű és sértetlenül leszállították 3 nap alatt. A kiszállitó megkérdezte, hogy segítsen-e elcipelni a ház ajtajáig (40 méter), pedig nem volt kötelessége. Az egész flottul ment. Nem kellett plusz "köröket futnom" értetlen eladók vagy bunkó futárok miatt.
Webshop communication is excellent. They responded quickly and understandably to my other questions. Product is of good quality and shipped undamaged in 3 days. The delivery man asked if he would help him carry it to the door of the house (40 meters), although he had no duty. The whole fleet went. I didn’t have to run extra “laps” because of incomprehensible sellers or jerk couriers.

Fast, accurate, precise web store. The manufacturer packed 3 non-compliant items into the ordered product. Almost by the turnaround, the right replacement pieces were here. I can only recommend.
