M	Miklós Doleschall on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Barátnőmtől kaptam egy állólámpát, de a szövetbúra csúnyán megsérült, egyrészt mert a drót végét pufifólia nélkül tették a búra belsejébe, másrészt sikerült a celuxot olyan szorosan körbe tekerni, hogy a szövet meghasadt, a búra deformálódott. A bolt semmiféle felelősséget nem vállal, mondván, a termék épségben hagyta el a boltot. Túl azon, hogy ezt nem tudhatjuk/igaz, mégha szállítás közben is sérül meg a lámpabúra, milyen csomagolás az, amiben ilyen sérülések tudnak keletkezni? Válasz a válaszra: nem gondoltuk volna, hogy nem sikerül szakszerűen becsomagolni egy terméket. Mert ugye azt nem gondolhatjuk komolyan, hogy mi magunk tettük tönkre azt, amiért fizettünk. ;) Viszont azt változatlanul hisszük, hogy felelősség nem vállalása és a problémakezelés módja nem felel meg az elvárásoknak. De persze ezen bármikor lehet javítani, készségesek vagyunk. ;) I got a floor lamp from my girlfriend, but the fabric cover was badly damaged, on the one hand because the end of the wire was placed inside the cover without puff foil, and on the other hand I managed to wrap the cello so tightly that the fabric split, the cover was deformed. Answer to the answer: we would not have thought that a product could not be professionally packaged. Because we can't seriously think that we ourselves ruined what we paid for. ;) However, we still believe that not taking responsibility and the way we deal with problems do not meet expectations. But of course this can be improved at any time, we are ready. ;)
S	Szilvia Thieme on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minden rendben zajlott a vásárláskor, mint mindig. Mivel 150.000 Ft felett költöttünk a kiszállítás ingyenes. A kapuig, onnan kell két ember aki tovább viszi. Holnap érkezik az asztal. Édesapám és bátyám segítettek volna, de édesapám lebetegedett. Ma felhívtam az üzletet, hogy gondom van. A hölgy a telefonnál nagyon udvarias volt, rövid időn belül visszahívott a válasszal. Mivel a szállítóknak kell bevinni a bútort, ezért a szállítás 12.000 Ft. Még akkor is, ha csak a garázsba kell bevinni. Kb. 9 méter, kb. 5 perc. Ennyi. Nem tud segíteni. Nem tudok mást hívni. Nem fordul meg bennem. Nem egy multi cégről van szó. Egy soproni vállalkozás. 5 perc munkáért 12.000 Ft nagyon jó óradíj... Ledöbbentő ez a rugalmatlanság. Nincs lépcső, nincs semmi, csak be kell sétálni. A legnagyobb bánatom, hogy még fogunk ott vásárolni, mert ott találtuk meg a bútort ami tetszik. Everything went well at the time of purchase, as always. I can't call anyone else. It doesn't turn on me. This is not a multi company. A company in Sopron. A very good hourly rate of HUF 12,000 for 5 minutes of work ... This inflexibility is shocking. There are no stairs, nothing, just a walk in. My biggest sadness is that we’re still going to buy there because we found the furniture there that I like.

Kiszállítás is rendben volt, sőt. Bár minden üzlet így működne. They were helpful, we also consulted via email and phone, they told us about the options correctly and offered their help. A válasz természetesen: de igen...., ettől függetlenül érdemes ellátogatni hozzájuk, sok szép dolgunk származik tőlük, mind a minőséggel, mind a kiszolgálással, mind az árakkal elégedettek voltunk idáig.... maradjon így :-) .... the completely logical question is appropriate: is there no furniture store in Bp? The answer is of course: but yes ...., it is worth visiting them anyway, we have a lot of nice things from them, we have been satisfied with the quality, the service and the prices so far .... stay that way :-)

A vásárlás minden elemével nagyon elégedett vagyok; hamar felvették velem a kapcsolatot a részletek miatt, korrekt árat és tájékoztatást kaptam, a termék az ígért időben meg is érkezett, a szállítás is teljesen problémamentes volt. Az ágy gyönyörű és kifogástalan minőségű. Köszönöm:-) I bought a couch in the store. Kèt kedves ès kompetens eladóval is volt dolgom, Anett ès Attila személyében. Mindketten megpróbálták a legjobban passzoló bùtordarabot megtalálni az elkèpzeléseim által. Valóban az volt érzèsed, hogy segíteni akarnak, nem pedig gyorsan "letudni", mint vevőt. Így szívesebben vàsárol itt az ember. Szuper, hogy az ülőgarnitúrák nagy részét lehet személyre szabottan (méret ès szín) rendelni. 8 èvvel ezelőtt is itt vàsàroltam egy ülőgarnitúrát, így minősègileg is csak ajànlani tudom az üzletet. There are plenty of products, quality pieces !! There are extremely nice sellers who try to help with everything and realize our ideas. I also had two nice and competent salesmen, Anett and Attila. They both tried to find the best-fitting piece of furniture from my ideas. You really felt like they wanted to help, not quickly "get out" as a buyer. So you prefer to shop here. It is great that most of the sofas can be ordered individually (size and color). I also bought a sofa here 8 years ago, so I can only recommend the deal qualitatively.
