A kasszánál megkérdeztük hogy kérhetünk hozzá leeresztőt és műanyag gégecsövet majd az eladó közölte hogy a dobozba van! Itthon kinyitva a dobozt tapasztaltuk hogy a csaptelepen kívűl nincs semmi más a dobozba. Az eladó pedig a boltba meg ki is nyitotta a dobozt hogy kivegye a jótállási papírt és megírja! Mindezt lekezelően semmi segítőkeszséggel! Today at 5pm my friend and I went in to buy a faucet. At the checkout we asked if we could ask for a drain and a plastic hose and the seller told me it was in the box! Opening the box at home, we found that there was nothing else in the box other than the faucet. And the seller opened the box in the store to take out the warranty paper and write it! Szemből a bal oldalon lévő eladó arrogáns, bunkó, vevők előtt felemelt hangon beszél velem, mert nem tudtam az alkatrész pontos megnevezését, kérdőre von, hogy miért nem a vízszerelő vásárol! Akkor miért nem csak szerelőket szolgálnak ki?! Senkinek sem ajánlom! If I could, I wouldn't even give it 1 star! Ma nagyon csodálkoztam hogy Grohe M18.5 perlátor nem volt és nem is ígérték hogy lesz. Pedig itt úgy olvastam hogy Grohe alkatrészekből is jól el vannak látva. I love this place, they were always really helpful and had a wide stock of goods. Today I was very surprised that the Grohe M18.5 aerator was not and was not promised to be. And here I read that Grohe is also well supplied with parts.
